No Classes July 1-7.  Pricing is based off of a 10 Week Session.

Ages 1-3: Develop your toddler’s fine and gross motor skills while having fun at the same time. Adult Participation Required.

Age 3: Designed for the young gymnast to develop over-all fitness, basic gymnastics skills and coordination. Weekly themes will keep your gymnast excited and ready to learn more.

Age 4: For the active 4 year old, we offer this class that teaches basic tumbling and apparatus skills. Using our weekly themes. We will also continue to work on hand-eye coordination, helping them get ready for that next big step…KINDERGARTEN.

Ages 5 & 6: While still having fun incorporating weekly themes, we will focus predominately on gymnastics skills.

Ages 6 & 7: With a coach referral or with no previous experience, this class will focus on gymnastics terms, safety and apparatus skills

Ages 7+: Girls showing sufficient progress in our Lil’ Grippers class, or by a coach referral, will progress to this class.
Gymnasts will practice skills on vault, bars, beam and floor.

Ages 7+: With a coach referral, or after mastering skills in the Gliders class, girls will advance to this class. Vault, bars, beam, floor skills and dance will be worked on by these gymnasts.

Ages 7+: Girls showing sufficient progress in the Rebounders class, or by a coach referral, will progress to this class. Gymnasts will work on skills and dance on floor and beam, as well as, skills on vault and bars.

Ages 8+: This class is for boys and girls. It is perfect for home school students, dancers, cheerleaders and gymnasts who want to work on tumbling only. They will have the opportunity to work on basic, intermediate and advanced skills. Class Days: Mon., June 10, Wed. June 19, & Wed. June 26 only (may be extended)

This class is designed for our friends with special needs. We will focus on gross motor skills, agility, social skills, coordination, strength and confidence. Please call our office to arrange dates. ($42/class.  Administration fee due each session)
